Founder & Developer
Brian has spent his career on both sides of the development table — underwriting deals, assembling sites, structuring financing, and managing construction through delivery. That range is what allows Spoerl Commercial to take a project from a raw idea to a financed, permitted, and built asset.
He works directly with municipalities, lenders, agencies, and community stakeholders, and is a frequent advocate for expanding attainable housing in high-opportunity neighborhoods across Milwaukee County.
The result for clients and partners is a single point of accountability across every phase of the process, and a development plan that holds up under scrutiny.
