Our team is dedicated to addressing the local housing shortage by providing high-quality, affordable living spaces for residents of Door County. The proposed development will be located on city-owned property along North 14th Avenue, and we’re planning to construct three apartment buildings totaling 58 units.
Our team at Spoerl Commercial is working diligently to secure financing for this project through the 9% low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) offered by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA). This funding is essential to move forward, and we anticipate submitting our application by December, with a decision expected in the spring of next year.
