Neighborhood Notice
The Maple Leaf
222 Maple Avenue, Waukesha, Wisconsin
Planning Commission Meeting
October 28, 2026
We will be requesting a Land Use Plan Amendment for the property.
Dear neighbors
Spoerl Commercial wants you to hear about our plans for 222 Maple Avenue directly from us — early, and in plain terms.
On October 28, 2026, we'll appear before the Waukesha Planning Commission to request one thing: a Land Use Plan Amendment changing the property from Institutional to RN-4: Residential Neighborhood District. Nothing is being built or approved at that meeting.
This page exists to keep you informed, show a concept of what's possible if the property is rezoned, and give you a direct line to us with any questions or comments.
