Overview
The Avenue marks a new chapter for Sturgeon Bay's west side. Through a partnership between Spoerl Commercial, the City of Sturgeon Bay and housing partners across Wisconsin, a once-underused site on 14th Avenue is becoming 39 new homes for the community.
The community offers one, two and three-bedroom residences designed for individuals and families alike, pairing modern comfort with Door County's small-city character. Downtown shops and restaurants, the bayfront, schools, healthcare and Potawatomi State Park are all close by, with Highways 42 and 57 making commutes straightforward year-round.
